Re: Six on Saturday gone?

Got my answer anyway, just not in written form:
* afk'ers were jailed, but not in Heartwood
* now they are :D
* both includes me, so no whining, mere observation

Six on Saturday gone?

Hey staff,

what about the ritual above?
Any new round coming?

I would like to learn about the handling of afk'ing, especially in HW.
What can we expect?

Re: Halloween 2020 (Act 3)

Dear staff,

I would like to express my gratitude for the work and passion you dedicate into this shard. We've had a wonderful event, rich in opportunities and with many nicely done story telling elements. It was fun!

Thank you very much!

Did you ever get this working? I might have been on hiatus at that time.
"almost".
Last status was that all the IDs were correct, and the recalling worked. For some reason it stalled when running back and forth.
And as we currently are all in H-town, there will be no progress soon :)

UOSteam is a very limited development interface
Exactly!
Also I agree that most people would consume code rather than master it. But that's just another argument for making the code nice and readable, imo.

Re: Sizable Scripting

Rips MB then uses his script for almost all of the examples.... Yes sure I do both. PRO: The script works very well, the concept is robust and purposefull. Everybody uses it, and they succeed in doing so. CON: It's "read-only". One can almost only consume it, re-designing it is a pain. It creates d...

Sizable Scripting

Hi, The issue there is, as known, a steady discussion about this server being corrupted by players/staff/reptiloids/youNameIt. I disagree. It's quite obvious though that only a small fraction of gameplay is used, simply because all the world is using the same scripts. The most prominent example is M...
