If you do the donation yourself M&S can drop under 3kk. But you have to buy from felluca faction towns with reduced prices and it takes a lot of time to donate all the items during wich you have to attend your char.

I don't know about the actual percentages but the crafting powerscrolls are so abundant that there is no need to consider running a crafter at 100 skill, especially tailor.

If you currently can't afford to buy a PS for blacksmith or tailor just send me a PM.

I've read somewhere people with similar issues on Win10 fixed them by forcin UOS to start as administrator, also you can try changing compatibility settings.Both options are on the same place, right click on UOS icon and choose properties.

ML armor have two different types of rarity - common and rare. Even if opy starts playing on fresh (imaginary) shard with thousands of players, where everyone starts from zero, he will be crushed.
