I truly believe that there were fake accounts on both sides of the vote. Correct. I also don't think it should have been put to a vote. This is a client issue. If you don't want to use the provided tool, simply updating your client will also help.

Dg nailed it. But there's more wrong with the casting then just that. Delayed spell damage is still off. Overcasting penalty is still to aggressive. Yeah this casting isn’t osi-like. Do more tests. Try using an osi server to test on this time. In reference to your earlier post , your behavior on Demise is exactly what happens on OSI if you spam the spell. Have you tried it on OSI to compare? Technically, 2/5 and 2/6 are just as fast in OSI casting mode. While 2/5 has a 0.25 second cast recovery delay, 2/6 triggers the overcasting mechanic (i.e. broken spell) if a spell is cast faster than 0.25 seconds after the last one. The issue has been resolved, the server should not crash again. Sadly there was a 53 minute rollback to the last world save. :(
