UOG: Demise

Hi. Yesterday i was surprised to know that i could recover my 2000+ days old accounts and play again on Demise. But when i entered the accounts, most of my chars were gone (even though they were the same accounts as before), and with this i lost several itens and stuff on banks, several artifacts, ...

I have tried use the account recovery system, but seem no response, is it mean that all my accounts was decayed?
