While I understand what you are saying, coming in and making sweeping changes like this after so much time doesn't seem feasible.

It is along the same lines of the "Have Nots" wanting to require everyone who has a house in Luna walls to run vendors.

If you really need a house, Made In Quebec might be able to help, though it might not be where you want, and it might not have any stairs.
