It's not slower, albeit it might feel so. It's more precise. It increases your FPS from 14 to 60 and speeds up your client to allow it to process at that speed. You see exactly where the players are and should be. And it's illegal. IF staff ever decides to allow it, as they have allowed edited art, ...

Also, if you are gonna cry foul about Hz multiclient (which you do, and they should be jailed and banned for it), you have to remember you are also liable for breaking the rules by using illegal software.

FPS patcher doesn't speeds only the display, but also the game itself. CheatEngine does the same thing.
