i guess it's kinda like horse rustling in the wild west, hard to catch and profitable, so they put a big penalty on it for deterrence. same with credit card fraud these days, but that's more easy to catch but a pain in the ass and expensive to trace back. you could get a second monitor.. or risk it....

halloween town is more in depth, christmas town is more laid back
