On OSI all blessed items are moved to the top-level of your backpack right before you die. So, you lose the unblessed pouch, but you don't lose the blessed items inside it. It's working as intended.

We haven't modified Interred Grizzles or Fetid Essences, or their AI.

The running when low on HP is definitely a problem though. We plan to correct it as soon as more testing data is available.

I'm not sure if this is considered a bug. With 5 Tinkering you are able to make an axle, gears, stick them together and add springs to make clock parts. With 25 Tinkering you are able to make it instantly with less waste material. It might be an intended reflection of increased adeptness of the Tink...
