Implement accurate casting. Get rid of the script pvp. Boom. Make apples not take 2 mins for cd yet allow mortal spam without diminishing returns.

Is osi 15 tiles? I was under the impression is was no more than max of 12. I'm use to playing 10 tile mage casting tho.
