Accounts are eligible for deletion as soon as they go inactive (no character logins for 90 days) and all houses have decayed. However, we do not always delete accounts straight away. Sometimes it is possible for your account to still exist. It is very unlikely an account from 10 years ago will exist...

Make sure the "Negotiate features with server" option in Razor is turned on (under the "Options" tab). If it is turned off, the server only lets you stay connected for a short time.
