it does, you need to keep mounted for 15 seconds or something, then the effect fades.

you are doing it wrong

go agents > vendors
click new
tick enabled
click insert and target the item you want to buy, you must have a sample in your bp or anywhere else where it can be targeted.

Current AFK Wisp Farmers 7/28/2017 - Victoria Today I went to farm some wisps, all the spots were taken so I took the one covered by this dude, I knew he's always afk anyway. Couple hours later a GM appeared (btw this is barely the 3rd afk check I get in the 3 months since I got back to the server)...

It is too late, you won't be able to recover the economy of this server.
It must be wiped out.
