According to the shard rules,it seems to be gms' duty to investigate the account stealing thing and enforce the punishment,which is instant ban.
However if you asked to retrieve all or some of your items,it looks like a nothing- they-can-do case.No rules support that demand.

A good scripter usually cant make a good pvp player;but a good pvp player usually is a good scripter.
RNG helps.RNG sucks.When one on one on fields,if i die to a foe three times in a row,i wont give the credit to RNG.

VPN is now allowed.That may help improve your ping.
DC occurs not very ofen to me.Maybe checking your local network or hardware is needed while requesting a server upgrade.
