(lower chance of course) If people arent farming the other content because it doesnt drop garb or trinket put it on everything and announce the drop rates per boss...

Honestly, PvP Halloween town this time around should be an open field. Similar to the xmas one.

Ocllo would be very fun, tbh. Would require guard zone to be turned off in there, however. (no one uses the city anyway...)
