1 year is the new standard, but it may have changed. Eos? A circlet counts as metal (plate) armor, which is why it's hindering stealth. It still is fully medable.

The kill requirements we had in Bedlam, the Twisted Weald and the Labyrinth were lower than OSI's, so they are fixed now.
