Most trades seem to value you them around 150-200kk depending on the parties involved.

New sashes are very possible to get for 30kk

Id look for something 25kk-28kk for moderately used 50%-70% dur

Ive never seen one sell with less than 50% dur so im not sure how much of a discount those are.

Anything about 70% youre prob gonna pay regular price.

It's pretty cheap to train you just need to get a big stack of leather and go to town. It can be done in a couple hours.
