I just think you're underestimating how low the odds are. It's too complicated to work out odds of all different possibilities less than 50 but realize rolling 4 numbers 1-10 have odds of 1 in 10,000. There are 100,000,000 combinations of four 100-sided dice rolls, only one of which will total 400. ...

To get below 50, all 4 dice have to average a roll less than 12.5. The personal attendant is spitting out the sum of four 100-sided dice.

You would expect less below 50 and above 350 because there are less combinations that give those values. Should be bell curve, not even distribution.
