hello all, dumb question time. near doom there is a sandy area with a body of water in the middle that you can walk out into, in the middle there is a ship that is broke in half. what is that?

ok, i think its natures fury, and it says i have to do the epic arcanist quest

one of my char. that I didn't loose when my houses and accounts went poof has spellweaving on it, before I could cast the swarm but now when I try to cast it it tells me I have to complete some quest to use it....what gives?
