UOG: Demise

I am just about to reach 100 taming and need to go shopping for a powerscroll. Will 105 taming be enough with 100 lore? These scrolls are not easy to find.

I have three books of these in all.

If the house is demolished and not decayed then would that not allow a player to just place a plot on the ground and make all the checks go directly under the house sign?
