There are definitely some inconsistencies in the way curse effects work: The stat effects are replaced only when the effect is more intense than an existing one. (So -18 STR would replace -8 STR and extend/refresh the timer, but -8 STR would not replace -8 STR and would not extend the timer.) Max re...

On the main server, "full-blown" OSI casting (with 250ms overcasting delay) is already in effect in all of Felucca since April 2019. Is it not effective?

There are no vendor inventories on any house sign for any of your accounts. If you own the house that you placed the vendor on, please check the moving crate. (In your house menu, under "Customize", select "Relocate Moving Crate" and open the container placed at your feet.)
