Need help about Tamer Archer

Me and my friend turn back demise after a long break still try to remember how things work. They used to be more guide toppic but I count find any toppic about archer tamer.
Unfourtunately he died and lost all his item today (he forget about insurance sistem) So somebody please help us about skilsl and which (cheap but decent) item we need to collect for his character (btw we are broken so we are kind of start from zero
)
