The application could not be started correctly (0xc00007b). - Solution.

I am not particularly bright with computers, and today for the first time on windows 10. I encountered following problem, when trying to open UOSteam:
"The application could not be started correctly (0xc00007b). Click on 'OK' to close the application"
Here is the solution that helped me:
I made an actualisation of MS Visual C++ library and .Net
It can be done very easily using this program:

- Click download buton in the top-left corrner, choose mirror and open the program, it installs all the libraries you might be missing.
I was able to solve my problem because of this video (video is in Polish):
