Did you know that,
120 years ago, Bram Stoker publishes his novel named Dracula. The book was not an instant best seller, and the author lived in poverty for pretty much the rest of his life. in 1922 an unauthorized adaptation *Nosferatu" was released in theathers, and a legal battle followed. This created much publicity for the novel and eventually became a critics favorite. It then caught the attention of Hollywood which made their own interpretation in 1931. The caracter Dracula, is often said to relate to Vlad III of Wallachia, also known as Vlad the Impaler.
