Did you know that,
522 years ago, a monk named John Cor receives, by the order of the king the first recorded batch of Scotch Whisky. It was sent by the king in order to make the "Water of Life". I am certain the monk was not disapointed, he received enough make approximately 1,500 bottles.

To get the word whisky you have to slur the Gaelic word "uisge"
“uisge beatha” or “usquebaugh,” means “water (aqua) of life (vitae).”
