Ok so I heard something about a NASCAR driver and a noose in a garage at the Talladega race track In Alabama
A few things here
Only one in Alabama? I know too soon in light of what is going on but still a noose in Alabama isn’t uncommon. Many university of Alabama football players take courses in making those.
I found out later the “ noose “ was really a pull down garage door rope that was tied so you can pull the door down.
As I sit here waiting for my tee off time I’m thinking this “ noose/rope” has now become a legal loophole.

that may not seem like a lot, but the population of the world is close to 8 billion.
1% of 8 billion.. is 80 million. if it's 2%, make that 160 million psychopaths on the planet...

it is estimated a further 6 to 18 percent of the population, are Sociopaths.
oh it's not so bad, apparently the psychopaths are included in the 6-18%...
.. i suppose that's... better?
