How can i enter the shard

Hello, i am trying to play with my friend in our house but we realize we created only 1 account and we cannot create another one. As i read in somewhere, it says if you stuck in could not connect, probably you already created 4 accounts.
How can we get rid? We just need 1 more account.

Ah thanks but i have solved it already. I have registered from my office and both of us can join the shard now
