looked better last night when it was fresh tbh, but was too busy eating it :D
served with ceasar salad and ciabatta. Strawberries and cream (single and whipped) on merangue nests for desert 8-)

I only do bbq cook offs you'd get slammed though bub so dont even step up.

1st place ribs
1st place brisket
1st place open (anything goes category)
1st place chicken
1st place chili
1st place beans
1st place potatoe salad

it's more a home cook thing anyway tbh. if you have like an industrial smoker then it's kinda cheating ;P

Nah we had a 3 foot by 6 foot pit with a 3 foot by 4 foot smoker. both cylinders. with an 18"x18"x18" square for wood burning. all wood no charcoal. Hell its been over 12 years since i participated in a cook off. But i won my fare share of events. I obviously didnt always get first but i have several first in all categories. Including several firsts at St judes cook offs in Houston. 100+ entrees per category. Always donated earnings to charity as that's what the cook off was for.
