Explosion Spell

Post by Bama »

100 years ago on OSI they stopped being able to cast this spell back to back unless the first one landed.
If it landed (damaged the target) you could cast it again
If it didn't land yet and you cast it again and clicked on the target second attempt would just fizzle with NO mana cost or reagents used

On Demise it kind of sort of almost works the same

I took off all my LRC items and grabbed some blood moss and mandrake
I cast the spell
I targeted and clicked my cu
I consumed mana and the reagents
I hit the last spell last target macro
I again consumed mana and reagents but only 1 spell landed

I have 2/3 casting because at 0/0 casting the spell will go off before I can cast and target the second spell
I have 125 mana
I have 38 blood moss and 38 mandrake
After casting the spell back to back I end up with 36 of each reagent and my mana is in the low 90's. Keep in mind I regenerated mana between spells and screen shots and that being human thing

BONUS
I accidently hit my greater heal macro while walking towards my cu and out of habit I clicked on my cu's life bar
Now for some reason if we don't get the message over top of the character saying "More reagents are needed to cast this spell" .........................

..............................we get a system messages saying "the target can't be seen"
