Behavior on Demise:
Spirit speak is currently affected by fcr.
You cant currently hold a spell while using spirit speak. As soon as you use spirit speak you lose your target cursor for your spell.
Behavior on osi:
On osi Spirit speak isn't affected by fcr
You can hold a spell and use spiritspeak and keep your target cursor.
