Casting Mobs

The AI for mobs that cast on OSI is different. First off they cast faster and have more combos. When fleeing they will stop to cast before continuing to flee. Can post video later if needed. Will reformat later.

Not correct. This is a IPY feature.

Osi mobs cast based on mana and magery level. Go back and look at patch notes


They dump all their mana- so it seems faster

When it comes to spawning this would translate to casting faster and more combos, but same thing different mechanic. Tomato tomato.
