Wrong it's 10 damage modifier not increase. Goes above 100 di cap but only for archers. The property is there I've never checked if it was working properly though.

Like 8 years ago, Xavier introduced quivers of infinity. I remember they gave 10% DI, then it was changed for unknown reasons. So I might be confused by DI and damage modifier, either way it does not give any boost to damage.

Edit: would it impact quiver of blights as well?

all quivers are supposed to give 10% damage modifier to archery weapons. they were never supposed to give flat damage increase.

just tested the 10% damage modifier is working properly for bows it just doesnt show on the status bar. If you would like to check yourself i recommend using a composite bow and using ai. your bow should do 5 different damage ranges 13 14 15 16 17. they will always be the same. do the test with your quiver on and with it off. you can do 20-30 tests you will probably get all 5 of your ranges for each within 30 tests. also an easy way to check is your damage is supposed to be 90% of your sheet dps on an armor ignore. my sheet says 47-61 and one of my armor ignores was for 59 with quiver on.

The thing is my status bar in 2012 showed damage increasment by exactly 10% DI.
It was for melee weapons, why it was changed!

I didn't play demise in 2012 but its very likely when quivers were added they assumed it was damage increase and not damage modifier and was changed since then.

if you check the code, the 10% from quiver only applies to arrows, the same as the chaos damage and stuff on quivers only applies to arrows.

If something doesn't work and it's supposed to it means its a bug.

The first version of the Quiver of Infinity (added in July 2011) had 10 DI as a mod, affecting all weapons.

In August 2011, this was changed to "Damage Modifier: 10%" (the property present on all quivers) only affecting archery, but the DI mod remained on old quivers.

In July 2012, the old DI mods were removed on all existing quivers.

The only thing the Quiver of Infinity changes on your status bar on OSI is the 5 DCI (just tested this). Weapon Damage Increase does not change.
