Bola's dismount effect

Bola's applying dismount effect (inability to remount) even if you dismount yourself before the bola is thrown at you...
to my knowledge bola's should not be applying the dismount delay (to dazed to remount) effect if you are dismounted prior to the bola hitting you/bola missing due to LoS.
