Damage Increase missing on some crafted weapons

Sorting through 100 weapons on the test center and ran across this one.
Certainly hoping this isn't happening on the live server.... Attached screenshot of my skill settings and the weapon....
This makes me a little nervous to craft on the server in general...

The weapon is not exceptionally crafted.

Use a +60 and it will almost never happen, this is basic UO. Don't you know after all these years.

I need to stop drinking, I should have known, the dang ash I had in my hand ran out.....

Drink more if you get passed the next level of drunkness every"thing you craft is perfect 5 mod
