UOG: Demise

This bug works like this - you run to deceit spawn in the swamp area near the altar and log out, it'll teleport you to moonglow. This is a bug on RunUO, and is exploited on Demise (I'm not gonna name names but it should be stopped). This does not work on OSI. Fix your server, it's been 10 years.

Also, through a quick and easy search on UO publish archives, I typed deceit in their search box and there was no mention of removing a teleport bug/tile or about removing anything from deceit at all actually. Means that it wasn't an issue on Osi ever. So it's a runuo bug.
