Fix evasion

Please fix Evasion to work with UBWS and MageWeapon.
Would help to play a melee dexxer. Nobody wants to play it anymore because they are too broken.
Fix poisoning also so melee can actually have a chance.

It does work with a mage wep idk if properly but you just have to have 50 skill — not sure if it’s osi accurate or not.

Evasion isn’t working properly, just this guy’s complaint isn’t the bug, evasion is supposed to evade necro spells too, it doesn’t.
