Heartwood Saws roll from 50%-100% on intensity, shouldn't it be at bare minimum 45% if that was the case?

Also Shallan, are you 110% sure you didn't accidently use a Yew Saw?..

I have tons of staffs. Last 2 weeks i used only HW's. Maybe it is some old and just by mistake get into the box with new ones. Bum hmm...its like 1% for it :/ I cant check when it was crafted. If it was like before 1month then there is no deal cause probly was yew.
