Invalid Fukiya and Balance

Fukiya does not require Balance property on bows to use it on OSI
it even can be used with one-handed weapon+shield if Ninjitsu skill is gm level
on Demise it CANT be used with 2-handed weapons,bows without Balance and 1-handed+shield

...however, Grandmaster Ninjas can use them while equipped with a two-handed weapon

If the weapon does not have the balance property you need to have a free hand whether you have 50 or 120 Ninjitsu
