Invalid Baracoon not dropping Intel Boots very often

I have never got Detective boots off this spawn after working it probably more than 150 times, I also don't hear about them dropping from this spawn very often. I'm wondering if this is possibly glitched or not working properly.

thats because theres a 2.5% chance for them to drop and you probably lowest on damage most of the time. ive gotten 5 pairs.

I should add that I do the most damage to the spawns normally, or its very close. Also i thought it was supposed to be 5% of the time a pair is created.

I can vouch that dylan usually does around the most damage and gets more arty's than others in his respective guild/guilds/openspawn counterparts

5 % for fang of ractus.
2.5 for boots
2.5 for shroud
2.5 for ring
2.5 gauntlets of anger
7.5 for swamp tile
7.5 for slime

We dropped them yesterday.

I got 3x gladi, mkp5, 2x codex virtue, oak leaf, CJH and about 25 deco pieces from the xmas openspawn, but i have never dropped boots(in my entire time playing uo on this server), I guess i thought the chance was 5%, 2.5 is much harder to hit. especially when that chance is divided.

I've got 8 pairs. Plus 3 pairs of winter only.
