UOG: Demise

When I try to log in I always receive the "There is some problem communicating with Origin. Please restart Ultima Online and try again." I assume I have been banned? Which I am 99.99% sure I have broken no server rules. I checked the FAQ and it said to PM an Admin, but I cant because I haven't posted enough. Any help would be appreciated.

Typically this error means you are trying to create a new account, but your IP address already has 4. Make sure you are typing your account name correctly.
