Minimum SS required to Evilomen/Paralyze

I tried testing on the test center but evil omen lasts longer on test center. What is the minimum spirit speak required to cast evil omen paralyze on someone for 6 seconds?

i just tested it on test center, there is more then enough time to cast para after casting omen with 0 ss (20) from human joat
also tested on live server and got same result
