Reclaiming Lost Account

Heya, its been a few years since I played but was wondering if there is a way to get the info for one of my accounts. I still use the email address that its attached too, and remembered the info for one of the accounts as well.

I did a couple days ago and still have not heard anything :( I'll keep waiting though.
