Best Weapon For Santa and Grinch?

Post by Porky »

Howdy!
What is the best weapon/spell to use during Christmas town when Santa Claws and Grinch come around? The best I could do with a bow was between 6-8 points of damage for each hit. I tried all kinds of bows and now maybe this year I'll try a mage? Not sure. I don't have a tamer, so that's out. Any ideas?

For Magery is it better to use a slayer or raw SDI?
Say for example with my gear/spellbook i have 50 SDI. Would i be better off using a Slayer book?

Cookies & milk for Santa. And bad neck ties for the Grinch. Renders them helpless.

Because if you use armor ignore(a special for the composite bow) you will do 10x more damage than just hitting it normally. This ability costs more mana exponentially when use congruently over a certain period of time. With hit mana leech on your bow, you gain back mana based on a percent of your damage done when the modifier procs. So with enough LMC, damage increase, and hit mana leech on your weapon, you can spam armor ignore continuously at a very fast rate given your bow also has 40 ssi or helps you enough to break a swing speed threshold determined by your other items.

tldr: use a high ssi and mana leech composite bow. ill give you a basic one for free

Oh, I get it. Thanks. I only have a basic archer and there isn't a "ignore armor" in my special moves book.

Use composite bow, it has that special move.
(also min 30 skill points in tactics is needed)

Never mind. I can't seem to survive the swarms of bunnies, ferret, reindeer, and elves. Maybe some other time.
