Question about Heartwood Quest

im new here, and want to start making quests in heartwood, carpentry quests.
Whats most effective method to carp questing?
I noticed, after made any quest, foot stool quest for example, i cant take this quest again. I guess i need to make other quest to make foot stool quest avaible again, right?

I believe the only quest that works like that is the "Lethal Darts" one. Foot Stools (like all the rest of HW quests) just has a 120 seconds cd.
