i average 1 barbed kit per 10 completions. You must just be unlucky - keep at it.

Trolls... Most people doing quests at the fletchers in heartwood average 1 hw fletching kit per day doing all the quests. GL HF

yeah, don't feed the trolls (AKA Silvertiger) He wants to dishearten you into thinking its not as easy as I am telling you. I get ~ 20 kits a day but i only do it attended so it could be more.
