Account recovery

Hello,
Have returned to this shard after quite a while away.
I tried one of my accounts that I remember the user and pass for, and everything was still there characters and all.
Unfortunately I don't remember the usernames for the other 2 accounts I had, which had characters I need in order to get established again.
I still use and have access to the email the accounts are registered to.
I have been trying for 3 days to page an in game gm, but no one is ever available. I'm guessing it's time difference as I live in Australia.
Is anyone able to help me out?
