Selling Something For Over 125kk?

Is there any way to sell an item for more than 125kk? Is it even possible? Or, will the GM's be able to somehow make it possible?

Using a house to lock the checks down in is usually what I do.

What i usually do is trade an orny at value of 50kk or anything of the sort. then rebuy it after the trade is done from said person. Just use big arties at standard going rate so if the seller or buyer doesnt buy it back or sell it you can always just buy another yourself.

so for 200kk offer id do 2 ornies and 100kk checks or 3 ornies and 50kk check then buy the arties back after off a vendor.

you go place a 7x7 and you place 300 1 mil checks and trade the house for something you are paying 300kk for
