I think 80 luck on shield is the most you can get..(hci/dci ,-1fc) shield

Max on weapon would be a luck blade which is 160 and shield is max at 80 but there is also luck sash which has 20

Doesn't roll on loot items

Did Janna's Staff drop last year? That has 220 luck (2 handed weapon)
