Tell them to quit being a snowflake. I think it's a great idea to attempt to alert people when their house is falling. They may have items in there that are considered trash to others, but to them were gifts from their friends. Also, it can be a real bummer when you login in someone else's home where your house used to be. I would probably just logout.

yeah to be honest it's a bit harsh to lose 10 years of work. i appreciate that castles should drop so people can make new ones and stuff.. but, like... 10 years work <> 3 months apathy

it's a bit harsh. i definitely think there should be some effort to alert them. it's not required under server rules or policy or anything, but it is the right thing to do. credit to people for doing the right thing without requirement, and players taking it on themselves to do.

Over the last 2 or 3 years that castle/plot has had 3 owners
Mytilus had a castle there and it dropped
A member of R E Q had a castle on that plot but I don’t think it dropped
And now Atari has it
