Forgot my password, what to do?

Hi folks, I came back from a long hiatus and forgot my password. Is there a way to recover it? via email or something...
What I need to do?

Cant remember my passwords - I did "remember my pw" but I don't know if I "registered an email on my accounts"
It told me to then PM staff, but I cant because I've never used these forums before. Any help would be great!!
