Suggestion: allow castles and keeps in malas

Imo its dumb that they aren't allowed in the first place. What is it hurting anyone or anything?

Pretty sure its like that for a reason. Dont think they want the whole facet littered with keep/castles.

It became this way on Demise when Demise started the OSI like thing.
On OSI you can not place them
The ones on OSI if there are any left were placed by OSI.
They were the prizes in a contest or drawing
Something to do with AoS launch
5 per shard on OSI

I remember a year or two ago they gave out a castle deed at an event. I think it was one of those events from the festival grounds. I think that is currently the only way to get one in malas unless someone sells one.

Festival grounds events ?
I know they give away castle-tokens during halloween (and maybe easter?) treasure hunts.
