And for the rune, maybe you can consider put a mailbox in front of your house?
Then you don't need to mark the rune by yourselves, vendors can just put post their bag with a rune stone and other necessary items.

This is a great tool, really fills in a void in UO that would have been great as part of a web interface from RunUO. I've recently returned from hiatus; once I'm back up to maintaining a couple vendors I'll send you my coords to get on the list.
